When Patties engaged Xcite AV, their Melbourne boardroom needed drastic technological improvements. Our consultants worked with IT and other management within the business to develop a solution that leveraged their previous technology investment & met strict budgetary requirements.

An integrated control system with simple touch-screen interface now allows them to display content from laptops, a resident PC, DVD & TV inputs with ease.

The boardroom is now also connected to their other sites via reliable IP-based Polycom video conferencing with simple address book and speed-dial functionality. This has already allowed them to significantly reduce travel to regional sites.

A mobile video conferencing system was also installed at their Bairnsdale site to allow for flexible face-to-face meetings.
